⑴. Appearance of bottle caps: full molding, complete structure, no obvious shrinkage, bubbles, burrs, defects, uniform color, and no damage to the anti-theft ring connecting bridge. The inner pad should be flat, without eccentricity, damage, impurities, overflow and warping;
⑵. Opening torque: the torque required to open the encapsulated anti-theft cap; the opening torque is between 0.6N.m and 2.2N.m;
⑶. Breaking torque: the torque required to break the anti-theft ring, the breaking torque is not more than 2.2N.m;
⑷. Sealing performance: non-carbonated beverage bottle caps are leak-free at 200kpa and do not fall off at 350kpa; carbonated beverage bottle caps are leak-free at 690kpa and do not fall off at 1207kpa; (new standard)
⑸. Thermal stability: no bursting, no deformation, no air leakage when inverted (no liquid leakage);
⑹. Drop performance: no liquid leakage, no cracking, no flying off.
⑺.Gasket grease overflow performance: After distilled water is injected into a clean bottle and sealed with a bottle cap, it is placed sideways in a 42℃ constant temperature box for 48 hours. From the time of placement, observe whether there is grease on the liquid surface in the bottle every 24 hours. If there is grease, the test is terminated.
⑻.Leakage (gas leakage) angle: For the packaged sample, draw a straight line between the bottle cap and the bottle mouth support ring. Slowly rotate the bottle cap counterclockwise until gas or liquid leakage occurs, then stop immediately. Measure the angle between the bottle cap mark and the support ring. (The national standard requires safe opening performance. The original standard requires less than 120°. Now it is changed to that the bottle cap does not fly off when it is fully unscrewed)
⑼.Broken ring angle: For the packaged sample, draw a straight line between the bottle cap and the bottle mouth support ring. Slowly rotate the bottle cap counterclockwise until the anti-theft ring of the bottle cap is observed to be broken, then stop immediately. Measure the angle between the bottle cap mark and the support ring.
