1. The raw material for rubber cap production is PVC coiled material, which is generally imported from abroad. These raw materials are divided into white, gray, transparent, matte and other different specifications.
2. After printing color and pattern, the rolled PVC material is cut into small pieces and sent to another workshop. After high temperature pressing, it becomes what we usually see.
4. There are two small holes on the top of each rubber cap, which is to eliminate the air in the cap when molding the wine bottle, so that the rubber cap can be smoothly sleeved on the wine bottle.
5. If you want to get more refined rubber caps, use a semi-automatic production line, which is specially used to produce high-grade rubber caps. These rubber caps should be pressed into shape one by one at high temperature after the process of trimming and gilding.
6. The top cover is made of a kind of glue, which can be fixed on the PVC after heating. The process includes: concave convex printing, bulging, bronzing and printing.
7. At present, the production of plastic caps is still dominated by PVC plastic caps. However, due to the great impact of environmental factors on PVC plastic caps (which will shrink during transportation in summer), the future market trend is aluminum plastic caps.
