Classification of wine capsule

1. PVC cap
PVC bottle cap is made of PVC (plastic) material, with poor texture and average printing effect. It is often used on cheap wine.

2. Aluminum-plastic cap:
Aluminum-plastic film is a composite material made of a layer of plastic film sandwiched between two pieces of aluminum foil. It is a widely used bottle cap. The printing effect is good and can be used for hot stamping and embossing. The disadvantage is that the seams are obvious and not very high-end.

3. Tin cap:
The tin cap is made of pure metal tin, with a soft texture and can fit tightly to various bottle mouths. It has a strong texture and can be made into exquisite embossed patterns. The tin cap is one-piece and does not have the joint seam of the aluminum-plastic cap. It is often used for mid-to-high-end red wine.

4. Wax seal:
The wax seal uses hot-melt artificial wax, which is glued to the bottle mouth and forms a wax layer on the bottle mouth after cooling. Wax seals are expensive due to the complex process and are often used in expensive wines. In recent years, wax seals have tended to be rampant.
