1. Screw cap
As the name suggests, the screw cap refers to the connection and cooperation between the cap and the container by means of rotation through its own thread structure.
Thanks to the advantages of the thread structure, the screw cap can generate relatively large axial force through the engagement between the threads during tightening, which is very convenient to realize the self-locking function. 2. Buckle cover
The cover that fixes itself on the container through a structure such as a claw is generally called a snap cover.
The buckle cover is designed based on the high toughness of the plastic itself, especially pp/pe, a kind of material with good toughness, which can give full play to the advantages of the claw structure. During installation, the claw of the snap cover can deform briefly when subjected to certain pressure, and stretch the ratchet structure across the bottle mouth. Then, under the elastic effect of the material itself, the claw quickly recovers to the original state and hugs the mouth of the container, so that the cover can be fixed on the container. This efficient connection mode has been particularly favored in the mass production of industrialization.

3. Welded cap
It is a kind of cover that the bottle mouth is directly welded to the flexible packaging by means of hot melting through the structure of welding ribs, etc., which is called welded cover. In fact, it is a derivative of screw cap and snap cap. It only separates the liquid outlet of the container and assembles it on the cap. Welded cover is a new type of cover after plastic flexible packaging, which is widely used in daily chemical, medical and food industries.
Features: the bottle mouth of the welded cap is welded on the flexible packaging by hot melting.
