3、Color and lustre uniformity, hue distinct, bright and firm, not directly exposed color, string color soft, natural friction and with solvents (such as water, agent) wipe does not lose color.
4、The pattern and text are clear and complete, the font is standardized and correct, and the positional deviation of the center of the printed pattern on the top surface to the center of the outer diameter of the cap is not more than 1mm.
5、No significant color difference compared to the signed sample.
二、Structural requirements
1、Appearance dimensions according to the design drawings of new product development or technical contract requirements.
2、The material should be consistent with the labeling.
三、Assembly and fit requirements
1、Bottle and cap with moderate, neither can make the cap obvious bulging deformation, but also can not make the cap have obvious loosening.
2、With normal force, the cap must not be pulled off the bottle.
3、The combination of all parts of the fully assembled cap should be in accordance with the design requirements.
四、Sealing Performance Requirements
1、Fill the contents to standard capacity in the bottle matching the cap, seal the cap and place it horizontally or inverted for 60 minutes without seepage or leakage.
2、Into the vacuum electric heating drying box for sealing test box, no seepage no leakage phenomenon.
3、After assembling the bottle with the cap, the amplitude of 45 degrees or so back and forth shaking 6 times and patting the bottom of the bottle with your hand for 3-5 times without seepage or leakage.
五、hygiene requirement
1、No black residue, plastic burrs, dust or other impurities can be adhered to the finished cap lid.
2、The materials used for bottle caps should be non-toxic, odorless, and not dissolve in contents such as water or lotions.
